An improved dual bore treating tool for use in well bores and the like, the improvement is described comprising: elongated valve means having first and second passageways extending longitudinally therethrough; annular valve seat means encircling the first passageway; a valve member located in the valve means in engagement with the valve seat means and having a bore extending therethrough; valve operating means located in the second passageway in engagement with the valve member and responsive to fluid pressure in the second passageway for moving the valve member between the open and closed positions; and the flow control member has at least one flow port extending laterally therethrough and the valve means forming a sliding seal between the valve means and the flow control member.
