Heater head assembly of heated-gas engine
This patent describes a heater head assembly of a heated-gas engine, comprising: cylinders arranged along a periphery of a combustion chamber; regenerator housings positioned radially outwardly of the plurality of cylinders; a first manifold formed integrally with each of the cylinders; a second manifold formed integrally with each of the regenerator housings; and a bundle of heater tubes having first ends received in the first manifold and second ends received in the second manifold for connecting the cylinders and the regenerator housings through the first and second manifolds; each of the first manifolds having an end face provided with insertion holes arranged in two rows for receiving the first ends of respective ones of the heater tubes and an inner wall defining a working gas flow passage.
