An investigation of phase slippage in flowing superfluid {sup 3}He is presented, based on the numerical integration of time-dependent Ginzburg-Landau equations. The quantum-dynamical phase-slip processes in {sup 3}He are found to be associated with superfluid-core phase-slip centers---in contrast with the resistive state for superconductors where phase-slip centers have normal cores.
