Extension of the heuristically based generalized perturbation theory (GPT) methodology to neutron-nuclide evolution analysis in nuclear reactor systems has been already demonstrated. A calculational scheme related to this methodology is here described, by which standard available GTP codes can be adopted. The use of GPT techniques for fuel shuffling studies is also described.
