Provisional thermodynamic functions of propane, from 85 to 700 K at pressures to 700 bar

Technical Report ·
OSTI ID:6951373
The US National Bureau of Standards tabulated the thermophysical properties of propane at integral temperatures over the entire range of fluid states from 85 to 700 K along isobars up to 700 bar, using a modified form of the nonanalytic equation of state for the first time. Thermodynamic functions for the compressed liquid are obtained by the use of heats of vaporization from the boiling point to the critical point, such that the free energies of saturated liquid and vapor are equal.
