This document describes the system for implementing the, Collector Subsystem for the 10 MWe Solar Thermal Central Receiver Pilot Plant, Quality Assurance Program. The 10 MWe Phase II Quality Assurance Plan (QA Plan) establishes the requirements and controls that will be implemented during procurement, fabrication, assembly, installation checkout, and acceptance of 10 MWe Phase II hardware and software.
