This report presents the timetables, responsible organizations, and methods required to comply with the newly promulgated Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 173--360 Underground Storage Tank (UST) Regulations. These rules were adopted November 28, 1990, and became effective December 29, 1990. This plan addresses only regulated UST systems that contain nonradioactive material.
