Perturbation theory within the framework of a higher-order nodal method

Conference ·
OSTI ID:6926293
A perturbation theory has been developed for a higher-order nodal method, and this methodology has been used to compute accurate sodium void worths for a heterogeneous-core fast reactor design. This work also makes possible the development of a consistent quasi-static method for the solution of the time-dependent nodal equations.
