Solving systems of linear equations and inequalities

A direct approach for solving systems of linear equations and inequalities is presented. The proposed algorithm is described, and convergence analysis is given. Numerical examples help elucidate the workings of the algorithm. The new approach is compared with other methods for solving linear inequalities. (RWR)
