The decision document presents the selected remedial action for Operable Unit 2, the L. C. Corporation Property, at the Sand Creek Industrial Site in Commerce City, Colorado. As a result of prior cleanup activity on the OU2 property there is no significant risk to the public health by ingestion, inhalation, or skin absorption. The former neutralization of the acid pits does not need augmentation or additional activity. No further action is therefore recommended for OU2.
