A suspension apparatus is described for a vehicle provided between a pair of right and left wheels of the vehicle and the vehicle body characterized in that one end portion of a suspension spring at a vehicle body side is secured to a movable member associated with a steering operation member for movement. The other end portion of the suspension spring is connected to a suspension arm, a lever member pivotally connected to the vehicle body is connected to the movable member, and a tie rod is connected to the lever member. This is done so that when the vehicle makes a turn, the vehicle body is caused to decline toward the turning center side according to the steering operation.
