Thermodynamic properties of natural gas mixtures. Annual report, January 1, 1989-December 31, 1989

Technical Report ·
OSTI ID:6863627
The objective of the project is to provide PVT and calorimetric data for fluids and fluid mixtures which are components of natural gas or synthetic gas. In the report the authors present data collected on two apparatus: a pycnometer and a Burnett. These data range from 225 - 350 K and from 0 70 MPa and include densities and virial coefficients. The fluids covered are: a ternary mixture of methane, ethane and carbon dioxide; a binary mixture of methane and ethane; and two constructed standard reference gasses representative of natural gas in the USA.
