The standard Glashow--Weinberg--Salam model is used to study the effect of an intense electromagnetic field on the reactions e/sup -/..-->..W/sup -/..nu../sub e/ and ..gamma..e/sup -/..-->..W/sup -/..nu../sub e/. The calculations are carried out using the exact wave functions of charged particles in a crossed field. The probability and total cross section for these processes are found taking into account lepton mass corrections. The contribution of weak charged currents to the radiative shift of the electron mass is also analyzed. Massive neutrino effects are discussed.
