Short interval meteorological data for computational methods. Final report

Technical Report ·
OSTI ID:6859604
The fundamental question of validation of computational methods for the determination of the energy output of solar energy collectors is discussed. In the first part, the question of the necessary length of time intervals of meteorological measurements is studied with the help of a dynamic collector description in terms of finite elements. In the second part of the work meteorological data were measured at intervals of 10 minutes during the years 1978 and 1979. The measurement of global radiation on inclined surfaces was included.
