The purpose of the guidebook is to summarize environmental and land-use permits issued by the State for the development of energy and other natural resources. The guidebook is intended not only for private developers and interest groups, but also for regulatory officials of Federal, State, and local government as well. The guidebook discusses permits that apply to Resource Extraction, Land Use Regulation, Environmental Quality Management, and Social/Ecological Preservation.
