In the modeling of the adsorption process in a fluidized bed, diffusion equations were used to describe the kinetics of the process. The system of partial derivative equations was reduced to a system of normal differential equations. The model for nonisothermal sorption in a fluidized bed may be used for calculating multisectional adsorber and desorber columns and also for developing automatic control equipment for this type of equipment.
