A model of electroweak interactions is presented in which quarks transform under the quark-matter electroweak symmetry {ital G}{sup {ital q}}=SU(2){sub {ital L}}{sup {ital q}}{times}U(1){sub {ital Y}}{sup {ital q}} and leptons transform under the leptonic-matter electroweak symmetry {ital G}{sup {ital l}}=SU(2){sub {ital L}}{sup {ital l}}{times}U(1){sub {ital Y}}{sup {ital l}}. The standard electroweak interactions are the diagonal sum of {ital G}{sup {ital q}}{times}{ital G}{sup l} interactions resulting from spontaneous symmetry breaking. In this model the charged and neutral bosons behaving like the {ital W} and {ital Z} of the standard model have mass lower bounds of order 1 TeV while there exists the possibility of an additional massive neutral boson with mass as low as 150 GeV.
