Title: Z -boson decays to heavy quarkonium

We evaluate the decays {ital Z}{r arrow}{ital Q}+{ital {bar Q}}+{ital S}({ital Q{bar Q}}) of {ital Z} bosons to {sup 3}S{sub 1}({ital Q{bar Q}}) and {sup 1}S{sub 0}({ital Q{bar Q}}) quarkonium states of charm and bottom quarks. We find partial widths of {Gamma}({ital Z}{r arrow}{ital c{bar c}}{psi}/{ital J})=47 keV, {Gamma}({ital Z}{r arrow}{ital c{bar c}}{eta}{sub {ital c}})=145 keV, {Gamma}({ital Z}{r arrow}{ital b{ital b}}{Upsilon}{sub {ital b}})=6.4 keV, and {Gamma}({ital Z}{r arrow}{ital b{bar b}}{eta}{sub {ital b}})=6.5 keV, that might be observable at the CERN {ital e}{sup +}{ital e}{sup {minus}} collider LEP. We also calculate the partial widths for {ital W}{sup +}{r arrow}{ital c}{bar s}{psi}/{ital J}, {ital t}{r arrow}{ital W}{sup +}{ital b}{Upsilon}{sub {ital b}}, {eta}{sub {ital Q}}{r arrow}{ital Zgg}, and {ital Z}{r arrow}{eta}{sub {ital c},{ital b}}{ital gg} decays.
