Measurements of the unpolarized cross section and A{sub yy} for the {sup 1}H(d{sup yields},pp)n reaction were made using the 95 MeV tensor polarized deuteron beam at IUCF. The Symmetric Constant Relative Energy (SCRE) final-state geometry was chosen to enhance sensitivity to offshell and three-body force effects. In addition, the entire kinematic energy loci were analyzed for SCRE values of {alpha} {ge} 144{degree}. The tensor analyzing power was found to exhibit a large and narrow minimum centered on the point of the locus opposite the SCRE point. The data were compared to various Faddeev calculations. Specifically, these calculations were conducted using either separable potentials or by treating the S-wave portions of the two-nucleon interaction exactly and all higher order waves perturbatively. The perturbative calculations overall did a better job of describing the analyzing power data. This was especially true in the interference region near {alpha} = 144{degree}. Predictions for the unpolarized cross section were available for the perturbative calculations only. They tracked the data well for values of {alpha} > 160{degree}.
