We present a complex-coordinate rotation calculation for doubly excited [sup 1,3][ital D][sup [ital o]] and [sup 1][ital D][sup [ital e]] resonance states in H[sup [minus]] associated with the [ital N]=3 threshold of hydrogen atoms. Elaborate Hylleraas-type wave functions with up to [ital M]=1330 terms for [sup 1,3][ital D][sup [ital o]] states and [ital M]=1430 terms for [sup 1][ital D][sup [ital e]] states are used. In addition to [sup 1,3][ital D][sup [ital o]] and [sup 1][ital D][sup [ital e]] Feshbach resonances, we have identified a [sup 3][ital D][sup [ital o]] shape resonance lying above the H([ital N]=3) threshold. With the present results for the [ital D]-wave resonances, together with the other angular-momentum states determined in earlier complex-rotation calculations, all the doubly excited intrashell states of H[sup [minus]] associated with the hydrogen [ital N]=3 threshold are now accounted for.
