In a refrigeration apparatus having a cabinet defining a refrigerated space, and a shelf in the space, a storage pan assembly is described comprising: a storage pan defining an upwardly open top portion and a front portion having an outwardly extending flange; means for supporting the pan in the cabinet refrigerated space; and a front panel including a handle, a front wall, and rearwardly extending sidewalls. Each sidewall includes an inwardly opening channel portion slidably mounted to the pan flange with the front wall extending across the front portion of the storage pan, the slidable mounting of the channel portion to the pan flange comprising the sole means for mounting the front panel to the storage pan.
