OSTI ID:6840659
High-speed analog-digital converters are described that can be used to measure the shapes of random signals in uniform and stochastic time-quantization modes. The voltage range of the processes is 0-5 V, with a 6-bit output code for the first version and an 8-bit code for the second, and the maximum quantization frequency is 20 MHz. Both versions are CAMAC-compatible and have built-in random-access memories with a capacity of 4K words.
