Virasoro algebra in 2+1 dimensions and angular momentum fractionalization

The Virasoro generators are realized in 2+1 dimensions as moments of T/sub 0//sub t//sub h//sub e//sub t//sub a/. L/sub 0/ is the angular momentum of the theory. Some simple examples of angular momentum fractionalization are explored.
