Goldberger-Treiman discrepancy and the momentum variation of the pion-nucleon form factor and pion decay constant

We suggest that the observed 6% Goldberger-Treiman discrepancy is due in part to a 3% variation in the pion-nucleon form factor and in part due to a 3% variation in the pion decay form factor from q/sup 2/=m/sub ..pi../ /sup 2/ to q/sup 2/=0.
