A fluid pressure regulating valve is described comprising a flow rate position control diaphragm means, a pressure regulating spring means bearing on the diaphragm means, first means for adjusting a high flow rate position of the spring means, second means coaxial with the first means for adjusting a low flow rate position of the spring means and pressure changeover means coaxial with the first and second means for adjusting the spring means between a first and a second regulating pressure diaphragm actuating means including an armature having a first end operatively associated with the first means, the second means and the changeover means and a second end operatively associated with the pressure regulating spring means. It also includes a selectively energizable solenoid coil, a hollow valve body enclosing the diaphragm and a valve orifice and the selectively energizable solenoid coil arranged to urge the armature to a first position in opposition to the spring means, and an adjusting assembly means mounted on a wall of the valve body for coaxially supporting the first means. The second means and the changeover means and the first end of the armature and a stop means is captured on the first end of the armature to limit the movement of the first means, the second means and the changeover means.
