Oil pipelines and public policy: analysis of proposal for industry reform and reorgnization

The papers presented at a conference sponsored by the American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research are published in this volume. An analysis of proposals for industry reform and reorganization of the pipeline industry is presented.
