Idaho Falls Hydroelectric Project. Preliminary report

Preliminary studies and evaluation of the Idaho Falls Hydroelectric Project are described. Four alternatives for redeveloping the power potential of the Upper and Lower Power Plant Sites are presented and a development plan and a program for project implementation discussed. The results show that the recommended development is technically and economically feasible and that it is the most attractive of the alternatives investigated. It is recommended that the city proceed with early implementation of this development.
