The results of a spectrophotometric investigation of a galaxy with ultraviolet excess are given. The galaxy consists basically of two parts, S and N. In the spectrum of S are found broad and strong emission lines H-alpha, forbidden O III 5007 and 4959, H-beta, H-gamma, and H-delta, characteristic of Sy 1 galaxies. Two components are observed in the broad wings of the latter four lines. One of these components is also observed in the broad wings of forbidden O III 5007 and 4959. The weak lines forbidden N II 6584 and H-alpha in emission and H-beta and H-gamma in absorption probably exist in the spectrum of part N. It is concluded that part S is extremely active, while part N is inactive. The equivalent widths and relative intensities of the emission lines of part S are given.
