Tc-99m propylene amine oxime (Tc-99m-PnAO) is a stable chelate that passively crosses into the crebral cortex. A series of Tc-99m propylene amine oxime derivatives were prepared and studied to determine the effect of lipophilicity on cerebral uptake and retention in rabbit brain.
