Generalized Eliashberg equations including the effects of Kondo impurities in strong coupling superconductors are given. The Kondo effect is treated using the Matsuura, Ichinose, Nagaoka (MIN) theory. The transition temperature T/sub c/ is calculated from the general equations by using the ''square well'' model for the electron-phonon interaction. Deviations of the present results from those of MIN are significant. In general, the depression of T/sub c/ by the impurities is softened.
