The mission of this Department is to achieve full and responsible development of Saskatchewan`s energy and mineral resources thus creating jobs and sustaining economic activity in Saskatchewan, and to optimize revenues to fund government programs and services. This annual report presents objectives and programs, an organizational chart, and the activities of each of its divisions: Resource Policy and Economics; Exploration and Geological Services; Petroleum and Natural Gas; and Finance and Administration. Also includes actual and budget expenditures and number of persons employed, actual and budget revenues, and a statistical summary of major Saskatchewan resource industries.
