Invariant cross sections for direct single photon production were measured with thresholds of 3, 5, 7, and 9 GeV/c in p/sub T/. The fraction ..gamma../all of single-photon events in the data sample is plotted. The +/- charge ratio in the hemisphere opposite the trigger was determined for single-..gamma.. and ..pi../sup 0/-type events. 4 figures. (RWR)
