Possible test of the PCAC hypothesis in neutrino reactions

The possibility of testing the PCAC hypothesis in neutrino-nucleon reactions at small vertical-barq/sup 2/vertical-bar with allowance for background terms is considered. A direct test of the PCAC hypothesis is possible only within a very narrow range of values vertical-barq/sup 2/vertical-bar<5m/sup 2//sub ..pi../.
