This directory is designed for use by local officials to assist them in pre-planning for emergencies and disasters. The directory identifies public and private resources in six major areas: hazardous materials incidents, radiological incidents, mass casualty situations, nonstructural fires, natural disasters, and person-caused disasters. Within each of the six types of areas are specific resources. These resources are training programs, response teams, response plans, training manuals, experienced persons and organizations, and reference materials.
