Electron trapping in irradiated single crystals of organic compounds

Single crystals of arabinose were x-irradiated and maintained at 4.2/sup 0/K. ESR spectra of trapped electrons were obtained. The trapping of electrons in crystalline environment of polar hydrogen atoms is reported.
