P2-EDGE{copyright}: Pollution Prevention Environmental Design Guide for Engineers, Version 2.0, user`s guide. Revision 2

Technical Report ·
OSTI ID:674988
The Pollution Prevention Environmental Design Guide for Engineers (P2-EDGE) is a comprehensive source of opportunities for incorporating pollution prevention concepts into the design of products, processes, and facilities. P2-EDGE provides over 200 pollution prevention opportunity ideas to encourage engineers and designers to think about pollution prevention during design. Project managers, architects, and design engineers should find this information useful in showing specifically how they can adopt pollution prevention features and technology into facility design. P2-EDGE is designed to be most useful if consulted periodically at various stages of the facility design because different opportunities will be relevant at different design stages. The user may produce a report that compiles any notes or responses made while examining the pollution prevention opportunities. The output is a text file that can be retrieved and edited using a word processing program.
