DUZ-2 is a digital computer program for solving inelastic two-dimensional plane and axially symmetric problems. Loading conditions may arise from nonuniform temperatures, body forces, and boundary displacements or forces. Bodies may be nonhomogeneous, and all material properties may be temperature-dependent. Inelastic stress-strain relations may be expressed by piecewise linear curves or by power fits. Up to 5000 mesh points are allowed, with variable mesh and diagonal boundaries. (NSA 25: 345)
