The symposium was sponsored by the U.S Department of Energy, Office of Fossil Energy; the Morgantown Energy Technology Center; the Grand Forks Project Office, Grand Forks, North Dakota 58202; the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, North Dakota 58202; and the Texas Energy and Natural Resources Advisory Council, Austin, Texas 78701.
