Exact Brans-Dicke Bianchi type-I solutions with a cosmological constant

The Brans-Dicke field equations are studied for a ''diagonal'' Bianchi type-I space-time. We present the general vacuum and the dust solutions with a cosmological constant, which in some cases are the generalizations of the corresponding solutions of the general theory of relativity.
