The accomplishments, projects, and plans of the DOE Solar Thermal Power Systems Program during FY 1977 are summarized. The objectives of the program are accomplished through research, development, and demonstration in three program areas: (1) dispersed power applications, (2) central power applications, and (3) advanced thermal technology. Efforts in the dispersed power applications include (1) total energy systems, (2) small power systems, and (3) irrigation systems. The program elements and their funding are tabulated. Summary sheets are included for all the projects. (WHK)
