OSTI ID:6700678
Goal of the transferability project was to develop a model that utilities could use to simulate changes in residential customer loads in response to mandatory residential Time-of-Use (TOU) pricing of electricity. Estimation of the model was based upon data for individual households participating in residential pricing experiments in selected areas throughout the United States. This volume relates to the development, implementation, and application of the transferability model to Duke Power Co.
