This study, conducted by Gustavson Associates, was funded by the U.S. Trade and Development Agency on behalf of the Ministry of Energy of Benin. The report shows the results of a feasibility study conducted to develop a gas-fired turbine power plant in the Republic of Benin. The purpose of the project is to reduce dependency on power sources outside the Republic because of anticipated reduction in the amount of electricity that will be available from those areas in the future.
