A study was performed to determine the most efficient and economical 0.2 ..mu..m filter cartridges for use in pure water applications at Allied-Signal Inc., Kansas City Division (KCD). Eight cartridges were evaluated for weight gain and volume filtered; calculations were performed to standardize the data. Five cartridges were found to exhibit the qualities desired for the KCD pure water applications. 7 tabs.
