We calculate the decay spectra and rates of the bottom baryon inclusive decays [Lambda][sub [ital b]][sup 0][r arrow][Lambda][sub [ital c]][sup +][ital X] and [Omega][sub [ital b]][sup [minus]][r arrow]([Omega][sub [ital c]][sup 0],[Omega][sub [ital c]][sup *0])[ital X] where [ital X] = hadrons or leptons. We use the factorization approximation and apply the heavy-quark effective theory for the baryon form factors. We find the decay rate ratios of the inclusive hadronic decays to the corresponding semileptonic decays are almost free of the uncertainties in the baryon form factors and thus can be compared with future data.
