Measurements of the mass and lifetime of the [Xi][sub [ital c]][sup +] decaying into [Xi][sup [minus]][pi][sup +][pi][sup +] are presented. The data were accumulated by the Fermilab high-energy photoproduction experiment E687. The mass of the [Xi][sub [ital c]][sup +] is measured to be 2464.4[plus minus]2.0[plus minus]1.4 MeV/[ital c][sup 2] and the lifetime is measured to be 0.41[sub [minus]0.08][sup +0.11][plus minus]0.02 ps.
