The design, construction and implementation of a computer-controlled radio-frequency noise measurement and recording system in the 30.45- and 150.MHz range and the interfacing of this system to a digital satellite link is presented. Earthquake prediction by the use of various physical precursors and the specific use of electromagnetic emissions in the RF range as a precursor to future earthquake activity is described.
