Studies were conducted on the influence of aqueous extracts of plant litter on the mobility of /sup 60/Co, /sup 90/Sr, /sup 137/Cs, and /sup 144/Ce in the soil-solution system. Results showed that the mobility of /sup 60/Co, /sup 90/Sr, and /sup 144/Ce was significantly determined by the quantitative and qualitative composition of the water-soluble plant extracts. The mobility of /sup 137/Cs was influenced by soil hydration but not by plant extracts. (HLW)
