The traveler attended the Eighth International Conference on Small Angle Scattering (SAS) and presented an invited lecture on Resolution Effects in SAS.'' At the Post Conference Course on Theory and Practice of SAS he presented lectures on Instrumental Aspects of Small-Angle Neutron Scattering (SANS)'' and SANS Applications in Polymer Science.'' Finally, he visited ICI Chemicals and Polymers, Ltd., for discussions on the characterization of industrial polymer systems via SAS methods.
