New investigation of the redshift-angular-diameter relation for quasars

A new test of the redshift-angular-diameter relation is described and applied to a sample of 3CR and 4C quasars. The results show no evidence for size evolution of quasars. The apparent deficit of large quasars at high redshifts is most likely due to an inverse correlation between size and radio power.
