This study, divided into 12 modules: 1) explores the energy problem nationally and across Colorado in detail; 2) examines climate and other prime considerations in building-site selection designed for solar power use; also considers energy conservation and heat loss factors; 3) describes available air transfer and liquid transfer solar heating systems and how they work; 4) analyzes domestic hot water systems using solar power; and 5) compares various systems and studies economic considerations in determining feasibility of solar installations in residential buildings.
